Since we sell a variety of products, we like to help customers know how
to best care for their products.
Below are some basics, but if you have any further questions, feel free to contact us.
Our prints are coated with a spray protectant, but we still highly recommend
that all prints be framed behind glass or clear plastic of some sort, as well as kept out of direct sunlight. Doing
this from day one will give your print its longest life.
Some of our keychains are flashlight style, and feature built-in electrical
components. Therefore, they should never be submerged in water, or subject
to any serious amounts of moisture. Any water or moisture can damage the
internals, as well as the printed portions of the keychain. Thus, it's
best to try to keep them dry. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and let dry
if you need to clean them.
Some of our shirts are printed with a state of the art digital process,
and some are screen printed. Both types of shirts should be turned inside
out before washing/drying. We recommend washing in warm water and tumble
drying on a low setting. Do not use bleach when washing the shirts. If
you must use bleach, only spot clean with such method in non-printed areas.
Our dog booties are usually made of a nylon exterior and a fleece interior.
We recommend washing them on a warm setting and air drying them. If you
must dry in a dryer, use a low heat setting. To air dry, it's best to hang
upside down (opening down).
